The Site may only be used for lawful purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. • make any use of data extraction, scraping, mining, or other data gathering tools, or create a database by systematically downloading or storing Site content, or otherwise scrape, collect, store, or use any Content, product listings, descriptions, prices, or images, except pursuant to the limited license granted by this Agreement;

• misrepresent the identity of a user, impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Site, or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make;

• upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any content that infringes upon any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party;

• upload, post, e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, network, hardware or telecommunications equipment;

• solicit password or personally identifying information from other users;

• advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose;

• modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site, or

• commit any other act that is otherwise inappropriate for the Site, in Viking Freyr sole judgment

The term “Personal Data”, as used on this website, refers to any information that can be used to identify a specific person, or any anonymous information (e.g., IP Address) that is linked to a specific person.

We respect your privacy. Personal Data about you will not be sold or shared with marketers or third parties.

Return Policy

Viking Freyr accepts returns as follows:

Shipment never received

All of our shipments have a tracking number. No reimbursements will be granted for shipments reported by the shipping agent as delivered. For shipments not received in a reasonable time, contact us so we can begin contacting the shipping agent.

Shipment damaged in transit

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your shipment was damaged in transit. Keep all packaging and send pictures, if possible, in your contact message. We may need to file a claim with the shipping agent. In the meantime, we will offer a partial or full refund, as we deem appropriate. We may require you to return the damaged goods.

Shipping

All items are hand-crafted and may take 1-2 weeks to complete. Everything is made to order. Shipping prices will be based on package weight and the region the package will ship to. Also, which shipping method is chosen at checkout will affect the pricing.

*If you are ordering from outside the United States, please be aware that you may have to pay additional fees to your government in the form of duties or customs fees when your order arrives.*

Unless otherwise stated, Viking Freyr and/or it’s licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Viking Freyr's website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from vikingfreyr.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
